Somatic Coaching is a transformative way of healing. As a Somatic Relationship and Empowerment Coach, my job is to help you find your way back to yourself and your relationship. To help you find the courage to dig deep and heal yourself through your body and subconscious. Our time together is meant to help you heal from past and present traumas, find yourself and your courage again and make a plan on how to move forward in a way that is thriving and not solely surviving. Coaching services are always different for each client and each relationship. No two sessions are ever the same and in each session you will learn new and useful tools to regulate your nervous system, release stored up emotions, communicate on a higher level and bring peace and joy back in to your life. As a trauma certified coach, you can be certain that you are in safe hands and that together we can safely work through whatever has been holding you in survival mode. The benefits of somatic coaching are many; including improved clarity, increased self-awareness both in body and mind, enhanced emotional intelligence, self accountability, empowerment and a greater sense of finding yourself again.
