Katherine graduated from the Registered Massage Therapy program at Langara College in December 2023. In school she gained an in-depth understanding of the human body, and had the pleasure of working with a variety of patients in different stages of life. She is a firm believer in patient-centred care, and takes the time to get to know each patient in order to provide effective treatments.
Katherine believes that anyone can benefit from massage therapy, whether they are recovering from an injury, experiencing chronic pain, or simply looking to maintain their general wellbeing. Her treatment modalities include Swedish and deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and stretching. She has always been interested in working with babies, and is planning on taking an infant massage course in the near future.
Outside of the clinic, Katherine enjoys reading, going for walks, and spending time with her family. She looks forward to working with you and helping you feel your best.
