Whether you are coming with tension, a new or a chronic injury, pain or stress, I am dedicated to helping you feel great. I offer both relaxation and therapeutic massage. My style is intuitive, slow, and focused with medium pressure, and I use a variety of approaches-trigger point and myofascial release, stretching, and active techniques.
