Katelyn has experience helping patients dealing with chronic pain, overuse injuries, postural dysfunctions, a variety of systemic disorders, and sports injuries amongst many others. She uses a number of techniques including Swedish Massage, myofascial and trigger point release, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), neuromuscular facilitation, and a variety of stretching techniques. Her approach uses soft tissue manipulations during treatment, combined with stretching and strengthening recommendations as homecare, to achieve optimal therapeutic effect.
