“I have been seeing Kate for treatment of my lower back and knees. I play hockey and am a goalie (and in my mid 40’s 😅) which can quite hard on both those areas. Kate has been a godsend. She’s extremely knowledgeable & quickly figured out what was going on. She also understood the specific strains I would be putting on my body when playing, was able to tailor our work to fit my needs, and has helped me vastly improve in both areas. When I came to see her I had stopped playing as the pain had become unbearable and now with her help I’m back on the ice & enjoying myself again. On top of all this, she’s honestly just a joy to be around; she’s super cheerful and it really brightens my day just getting to see her. I highly recommend her. ☺️💕”
