About Kate
Kate Douglass, RMT (she/her, they/them) graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 1996 and has practiced on Vancouver's West Side ever since. Kate opened Serenity Therapeutic Massage in 2005 and has enjoyed watching it grow into a thriving clinic in the years since.
The main focus of Kate's practice is on rehabilitative massage therapy and prenatal massage, using slow, specific pressure to treat deeper musculature without causing reactive tissue resistance or pain.
Kate welcomes all bodies and all genders and is queer- and trans-inclusive.
Kate can direct bill to Pacific Blue Cross but does not accept patients with active ICBC claims.
