Bio:
Kate is a Registered Professional Counsellor with the CPCA. She holds the designation of ‘highly sensitive person knowledgeable” practitioner, through the work of Dr. Elaine Aron. Kate has experience working with clients via telemedicine and telephone, and in person in Victoria, BC, Canada.
Therapeutic Approach:
Kate often integrates several approaches while working with clients, including, but not limited to Internal Family Systems, Response-Based Practice, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution- Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Practice.
Kate genuinely values being part of providing a safe place for any sensitive individuals in need of guidance, accountability, and a healthy dose of compassion.
