Background
Karman was born and raised in BC and completed her undergraduate degree in Biology at the University of British Columbia. She then went on to pursue her Master’s in Physiotherapy in Ireland, where she gained valuable international experience while living and studying abroad. She is excited to begin her career in private practice.
Throughout her education and clinical placements, Karman has worked with a wide range of patients across both private and public healthcare settings. She has experience treating musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiorespiratory conditions, and has a special interest in working with children, helping them develop confidence, movement skills, and independence in a fun and supportive environment.
Approach To Care
Karman takes a collaborative and individualized approach to physiotherapy, tailoring treatment plans to each patient’s unique goals and lifestyle. Her care combines education, exercise-based rehabilitation, and hands-on techniques to support recovery and long-term well-being. She aims to create a positive and encouraging environment where patients feel supported every step of the way. She is passionate about ongoing learning and is always looking to expand her skills as a physiotherapist.
Outside The Clinic
Outside of work, Karman enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. You can often find her hiking local trails, playing tennis, or exploring new places. Her time living abroad sparked a love for travel, and she enjoys discovering new cultures, landscapes, and experiences whenever she can.
