About Karina
Karina has been an RMT since 2004 (Kine-Concept Institute) and BSc with Specialisation in Human Kinetics since 2006 (University of Ottawa). Her treatment focus is on Deep Tissue work for injury relief and prevention. She is also highly knowledgeable in nutrition.
She has been involved in sports all her life; her latest challenge is an Ironman triathlon. She is a passionate world traveler, and she successfully summited Mt Kilimanjaro in 2011.
Karina is attentive, caring and has her client's well-being at heart.
