I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) in Ontario, offering virtual psychotherapy for adults. I have over 12 years of experience in community and hospital settings.
My approach is strength-based, trauma-informed, and inclusive. I use CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients understand their experiences, reduce harmful patterns, and build strategies for positive change. I bring warmth, curiosity, and gentle humor to create a supportive space where clients feel seen and empowered to make lasting changes.
