Karen completed her program at West Coast College of Massage Therapy. Her interest in fitness, health and well-being is what inspired her to pursue a career in Massage Therapy. She finds it very rewarding to listen to patients’ concerns and frustrations, then work collaboratively to set meaningful goals and create personalized treatments that promote comfort, relief, and recovery. With a compassionate and empathetic approach, she adapts each treatment to patient preferences, whether addressing stress, overuse, injuries, post-surgical recovery, postural misalignments, or chronic conditions. Her techniques include deep tissue, trigger point, therapeutic, and relaxation massage.
Outside of work, Karen enjoys gardening, hiking, yoga, working out, baking, traveling, and spending time with family, grandchildren, and friends. Always up for a challenge, she is a true team player who values helping others and doing her share with warmth and compassion.
