About Karen
Karen graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Humber College and during her time there she has been trained in General Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, and Trigger Point Therapy. To further develop her practice, she plans to take continuing education courses in the future.
Her goal is to help her clients feel relief and better understand how their body mechanics can contribute to their well-being.
When Karen is not at work, she enjoys trying out various activities with friends and family, going out for walks, playing video games, reading, and performing Filipino Folk Dance.
