She holds a Bachelor of Social Work from McGill University and a Master of Social Work from York University. She has experience counselling individuals and couples as they work through life's complexities and strive to create a calm and supportive environment. Areas of focus include life transitions, parenting support, ADHD, relationship challenges, anxiety, grief and loss, and trauma. She uses various treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Mindfulness.
