She has a passion for connecting with people and facilitating their journey to reconnect with their body and navigating their health. Kara is trained in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Myofascial techniques, Scar Tissue work and incorporates rhythmic Thai Massage for a slow, intentional and intuitive experience. Kara discovered her love for massage and holistic therapies while living abroad between Europe and Asia. What started as a deep interest, turned into a keen dedication. She found herself taking courses around the world while travelling just for the love of it. In her free time, Kara enjoys experimenting with all sorts of fibre arts such as eco-printing/dyeing, felting, weaving and crochet. She also loves yoga, cycling, swimming and listening to podcasts.
