I’m a registered social worker and a psychotherapist with advanced training in sex therapy and perinatal mental health. I support individuals and couples navigating intimacy concerns, sexual pain, relationship challenges, and the impact of trauma.
My training includes AASECT-approved coursework in sex and trauma integration, pelvic pain, and couples and sex therapy.
I take a warm, inclusive, and trauma-informed approach, helping clients feel safe in their bodies, deepen connection, and build fulfilling relationships at every stage of life.

-How past trauma is showing up in your intimate life and how to gently work through it
-Struggles with low desire or mismatched libidos in relationships
-The emotional weight of navigating intimacy when it feels like something is missing
-A deeper journey of self-discovery, reconnecting with your body, your wants, and the joy that’s possible
