Kaitlyn graduated from the University of Toronto with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy. Prior to this, she completed her Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology at McMaster University. During her time at McMaster, Kaitlyn was a student athletic therapist and strength and conditioning coach for the Women's Ice Hockey team.
Kaitlyn values life-long learning and has taken courses in manual therapy, acupuncture, soft tissue release, vestibular rehabilitation, and concussion management.
Kaitlyn believes in a client-centered approach to determine the underlying cause of injury and developing an individualized treatment plan and exercise program for every patient to facilitate recovery. Kaitlyn strives to empower patients to take an active role in their recovery process for lasting success.
In her spare time, Kaitlyn enjoys playing basketball, ultimate frisbee, tennis, skiing, and running around with her two sons.
