About Kaitlyn
Hi!! Im Kait, and I am the proud owner of Kaitlyn Bossema RMT in Bowmanville, Ontario. I graduated with honours from Mohawk Massage Therapy, and I'm in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). I also have a Bachelor of Science in Honours Kinesiology.
As a registered massage therapist (RMT), my focus is helping people achieve a pain-free life. I focus on holistic healing, and I find that the positive impact that massage therapy can have on someone's life, both physically and mentally, is very rewarding.
I use a variety of techniques to treat musculoskeletal conditions such as sprains, strains, trigger points, and tendinitis. My specific treatment experience includes:

✔ jaw tension & TMJ
✔ pregnancy
I love treating fascial restrictions and trigger points. I am typically known for deep tissue. And my favourite techniques to incorporate are active & passive release, deep sustained pressure, range of motion, and cupping.
Every person is assessed and treated as an individual, and I often collab with other awesome Healthcare professionals to help get you feeling your best 😎
