Justine Eddleston graduated from MacEwan University’s 2200 hour massage therapy program in 2019. Justine was born and raised on a farm near Paradise Valley. Justine’s love for sports, health and wellness, and her interest in the human body led her to massage therapy. Justine has been trained in various massage techniques and services. She specializes in therapeutic massage while still providing a relaxing environment. Maintenance and rehabilitative massage have come to be one of her main interests. Justine offers dynamic cupping to further release fascial restrictions. She is also trained in Fascial Stretch Therapy, which is an assisted stretching treatment focusing on the fascia and joint capsule to achieve optimal flexibility, joint mobility, strength, and performance. FST is not a massage- it's like yoga, but Justine does the work for you. Through these modalities, Justine hopes to be able to enhance your body’s function, range of motion, or overall comfort.
