Justine is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy and holds a Diploma in Human Kinetics - Physical Education from Capilano University. Before she became an RMT, Justine worked as a certified Personal Trainer through CSEP and a Nutrition Coach with Precision Nutrition.
Born and raised in Vancouver, BC, Justine’s grew up as a competitive figure skater which sparked her passion for sports rehabilitation and injury prevention. This experience shaped her dedication to helping clients achieve optimal performance and recovery through a comprehensive, whole-body approach. Justine strives to collaborate with her clients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their individual needs and goals, ensuring they stay at the top of their game.
Outside of work Justine enjoys spending time at the gym, exploring new recipes in the kitchen, and embracing the outdoors through camping adventures.
