Justine has been a manual therapist since 2016, where she originally graduated as a Massage Therapist. Passionate to extend her knowledge further, she is a recent graduate from the National Academy of Osteopathy. She also holds certificates in cupping and Graston techniques which she often incorporates into treatments. Each treatment with Justine is met with compassion and a place of understanding. She understands that pain can be debilitating and believes that the body is capable of healing itself if it is provided the right environment. She is passionate about healing deeply on multiple levels. Her goal in a session is to bring balance and awareness to the body as a whole. A treatment with her may included craniosacral therapy, joint mobility work, visceral manipulations, soft tissue release and muscle energy techniques.
