Where are you from? Hong Kong What were you doing before pursuing RMT? I am a X-ray Technologist with nearly 10 years of experience in the medical imaging field, I have exposure to MRI and fluoroscopic-guided interventional procedures. Why do you want to be an RMT? After viewing the human body on a 2D plane for so many years in medical imaging, I realized that our bodies are truly meant to be understood and function in 3D. Becoming an RMT provides the perfect foundation to look at how the body functions as a whole. Plus, I really want to provide hands-on care and spend more quality time helping people navigate and recover from their injuries and symptoms. How do you like to spend your time outside of work/school? I Like to spend time with my family and watch my 2.5 year old child grow up. Enjoy hiking and having good food. What is your favourite thing about VCMT? The instructors are very knowledgeable, and students in the upper cohorts are always eager to share their tips and techniques. Last but not least, the people from my cohort are super helpful and we look out for each other! Do you speak any languages other than English fluently? If so, which ones? Cantonese and Mandarin.
