Counselling cannot immediately alter the external factors of your situation, but it can encourage a better response from you. I wish, through counselling, through our collaborative work, you will find opportunities for growth and change. I work with youths and adults and I am open to working with immigrants and refugees, including those from Korea who might feel more comfortable speaking in Korean. I take an integrative approach and my counselling session is rooted in client-centered therapy. I use multiple techniques from CBT, gestalt, mindfulness, existentialism, and strength-based therapy.
