I graduated from City University of Seattle in 2022 with a Master of Counselling Degree, and I also have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Alberta. I am in good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists and the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta.
I am here for my clients to provide them with a non-judgmental, safe space to have a voice. Using empathy, genuine concern, and unconditional positive regard, I join my clients as they look inward and attune to their physiology, notice their thoughts, and welcome/accept their emotions. Increased self-awareness and insights from therapy work can significantly help clients identify their values and their authentic selves, which, in turn, can direct them towards increased meaning and fulfillment in their lives.
