Julie understands that massage therapy is an integral part of injury prevention, rehabilitation, and overall health. Using a light to moderate pressure, Julie's treatment style is fluid, grounding, and calming – she incorporates cupping, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, Graston Technique and gentle therapeutic stretching.
