A former NCAA Division I baseball player, he’s competed at the highest levels and understands firsthand what it takes to perform, recover, and stay consistent under pressure. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Kinesiology from Winthrop University and has recently completed his NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) credential - one of the most prestigious training certifications in the world. Along the way, he’s worked with athletes in baseball, soccer, hockey, volleyball, and track and field, as well as everyday people who want to feel stronger, move better, and stay pain-free. Julian specializes in sport performance training, strength and mobility development, and functional movement coaching. Whether he’s working with a young athlete chasing their next milestone or a client looking to feel confident in their day-to-day life, his coaching style is always individualized, clear, and results-driven. Credentials & Experience at a Glance - Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science & Kinesiology – Winthrop University - NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) – finalized August 2025 - Red Cross First Aid/CPR & HIGH FIVE® (Healthy Child Development) certified - NCAA Division I baseball pitcher – University of South Carolina-Upstate & Winthrop University - Internship experience in athletic training & rehab with Division I athletes - Coaching experience with youth athletes, university showcase camps, and general population clients “My philosophy is simple: no wasted effort, no cookie-cutter workouts. Every client has different goals, so every plan should feel like it’s designed with purpose. I’ve lived the athlete’s life where every rep mattered, and I carry that same mindset into coaching. I don’t just want people to sweat and leave; I want them to understand why they’re doing something, see progress they can feel, and leave here stronger than they came in. For me, the best part of coaching is watching someone light up when they realize they can move better, train harder, and enjoy life more.”
