Supporting Ages: Adults (18+), Elderly (65+), and Couples I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. I support individuals and couples who are navigating anxiety (including generalized anxiety, panic, and health anxiety), depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), intimacy concerns, and relationship challenges. I understand that life can feel overwhelming at times, and I work with clients to help them feel more grounded, connected, and confident in themselves and their relationships. I offer a warm and non-judgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. My integrative approach draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and the Gottman Method for relationship counselling. I tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs, blending practical tools with deeper self-exploration to support lasting change. I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, curiosity, and genuine connection. I know that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and I strive to create an environment where you feel safe moving at your own pace. I am passionate about helping others better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and move toward lives that feel more aligned, fulfilling, and balanced.
