About Julia
Julia is a Registered Nurse and senior phytotherapy student with a lifelong connection to plants. She draws on both traditional knowledge and evidence-informed practice to support health and well-being, recognizing that each person has unique needs and experiences.
Julia is passionate about supporting burnt-out healthcare workers in reclaiming care for themselves. She also has special interests in women’s health, mental health, and skin health, including hormonal imbalances, sexual wellness, depression, ADHD, and acne.
In her free time, Julia enjoys formulating herbal skincare, identifying plants while hiking with her dog, cooking, dancing, reading, sewing, and attending live music events.
Julia believes that herbs can be a light in the darkness, guiding you back to yourself. As long as you have plants as allies, you are never alone.

A 60 - 90 minute western herbal medicine consultation with a senior student via Zoom. The consultation itself is free, but any herbal medicines dispensed will come at a cost to the patient.
