Judy’s approach to physiotherapy goes beyond recovery. She helps you move with confidence again. With dual Master’s degrees in Physical Therapy and Public Health from UBC, she provides individualized, evidence-based care tailored to your goals.
She treats a wide range of orthopaedic conditions, with a strong focus on hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder injuries to help restore strength, stability, and movement. Judy also has advanced experience in concussion and vestibular rehabilitation (addressing dizziness and balance issues), as well as neurological recovery (e.g. stroke, brain injury).
Her treatment style combines manual therapy, movement retraining, targeted exercise and dry needling to rebuild strength, control, and trust in your body.
Judy also works in neurological rehab at Queen’s Park Care Centre and mentors through the BC Brain Wellness Program. Passionate about the running community, she has also volunteered her physiotherapy expertise at the Sydney Marathon.
She is also a long-term volunteer at Canuck Place Children’s Hospice. A true multi-sport enthusiast, she stays active through volleyball, running, tennis, skiing, golf, and her latest pursuit: curling.
Judy is happy to assist clients in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
