With a life-long interest in human anatomy, Judy is pleased to be working in a profession that allows her to apply her knowledge in a practical way. She enjoys sharing her enthusiasm for learning with her patients in a way that supports, engages and encourages a collaboration that is uniquely tailored to each individual that she works with. Her treatment approach aims to facilitate her patient's goals, whether that be increased ease of movement in daily activities, promoting relaxation, decreasing muscular tension and providing recommendations that patients can utilize at home to support self-care and prolong the positive effects of treatment. Judy's treatments have a strong orthopedic approach using a combination of active and passive stretching, joint mobilization, therapeutic exercise blended with a focus on slow myofascial release and swedish massage techniques to provide a restorative impression to each treatment and to help you get back to feeling like yourself.
