About Joshua
Josh Zizek is a Manual Osteopathic Practitioner, with a Master’s degree from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Stoney Creek. His deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics enables him to identify the root cause of issues and provide targeted treatments personalized for each patient. He has experience treating patients of all ages and believes in a collaborative approach to help them achieve their health goals.
Josh earned his undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and Health and Wellness from the State University of New York at Oswego, where he also played NCAA college hockey for four years, serving as captain for two. His background in hockey and passion for sports fuel his dedication to helping patients overcome injuries, manage pain, and improve their overall health.
