His treatments include a variety of techniques such as Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, and joint mobilizations. With a background in boxing, wrestling, and weightlifting, Josh understands the body’s need for proper recovery—but he tailors his approach to each individual, whether they’re dealing with daily stress, chronic pain, workplace tension, or athletic demands.
