After earning an undergraduate degree in Cognitive Science, where I explored the intricate relationship between the mind and body, I realized I wanted a career focused on hands-on, meaningful interactions. Massage therapy offered the perfect blend of science, care, and connection, allowing me to support others in their healing and wellness journeys.
With a compassionate approach and a focus on evidence-based techniques, I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients can unwind, recover, and thrive.
