Joseph graduated with his Diploma in Massage therapy from Langara College. Throughout his time at Langara, he had the opportunity to work with different injuries, conditions, and populations which has allowed him to learn and apply his knowledge to alleviate the pain and discomfort his patients experience. Joseph’s passion for helping others find relief stems from his own experience of injuries as a multisport youth who competed provincially in basketball, volleyball, and ultimate frisbee. In his treatments, Joseph incorporates a variety of techniques that include deep tissue release, PNF stretching, Swedish massage, trigger point release, myofascial release, and joint mobilizations. During his spare time, Joseph enjoys weightlifting, ultimate frisbee, volleyball, and joining different rec leagues.
