"My name is Jose Valenzuela, after going through not knowing what to do and just winging it for years in my undergraduate studies I decided to pursue an education in fitness and health. At this time in my life I have just finished my bachelor degree in psychology. So I took the Fitness & Health Promotion program at Humber College to further increase my knowledge. After completing my diploma I got certified as a personal trainer by the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology (CSEP). I always look to further my education and stay up to date in the fitness industry as a lifelong learner in this field. As a result I became a Fascial Stretch Therapist,and continued more schooling at sutherland-chan and became a registered massage therapist.I love learning new things and passing that knowledge down towards my clients to better help them achieve their goals and that living pain free is possible."
