About Jordan

Something feels off. You're not sure how to name it, but you know you're ready to figure it out. Maybe you're a teen who's exhausted from pretending everything is fine. A young adult trying to figure out who you are while the pressure to have it all together keeps building. A parent who gives endlessly to everyone around them and can't remember the last time they felt like themselves. Or an adult who looks capable on the outside, and is quietly running on empty on the inside. Whoever you are, Jordan works with people at all of these moments. What they have in common isn't age or circumstance, but rather, that quiet internal weight that's hard to explain to the people around you, and the sense that you're ready to actually do something about it. Who Jordan works with: Youth/Teens You might be navigating anxiety, identity, family pressure, or the exhaustion of meeting everyone's expectations while still figuring out who you actually are. You don't need to have the words yet. That's what session is for. Young Adults Your 20s and early 30s are supposed to feel like freedom, but often they feel like pressure without a roadmap. Relationships, career, self-worth, what you want your life to look like, Jordan helps you get honest about what's underneath and build from there. Adults You're capable and you show up; for your work, your kids, everyone around you. But the strategies that once kept you going are starting to crack under the weight. You've put yourself last for a long time. That changes here. Jordan is a Registered Provisional Psychologist registered with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP #p6092), holding a Master of Counselling degree. She brings both clinical depth and genuine warmth to her work, creating a space that is direct, non-judgmental, and results-oriented. Whether you're working through anxiety, burnout, identity, relationships, or something you're still finding words for, you'll build a clear path forward at a pace that's right for you. Jordan comes from an athletic background, and that experience is woven into how she works. She understands firsthand how the body holds stress, how physical state shapes mental clarity, and how movement and embodied awareness can become a real part of reclaiming your sense of self; not as an add-on to therapy, but as a foundation of it.
