About Jonah
Jonah is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the CRMTA. She completed the 3,000-hour Advanced Massage Therapy program at Makami College and has a passion for helping clients relax, heal, and feel their best.
She specializes in relaxation massage, deep tissue, cupping therapy, hot stone, prenatal and postnatal care, as well as motor vehicle accident recovery. Each session is tailored to the client’s unique needs, using a variety of techniques to reduce and break down muscle adhesions, including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and joint mobilization.
In her spare time, Jonah loves to cook and spend time with her family. She also volunteers in children’s ministry and banquet ministry.
