About Johnray
Johnray is a recent graduate of the Registered Massage Therapy program at Vancouver Career College and is currently awaiting completion of his board examinations in Spring 2026. He brings a strong athletic background and a client-centred approach to care, with clinical interests in sports injuries, rehabilitation, and therapeutic relaxation.
His path into massage therapy was shaped by years of involvement in competitive and recreational sports, including Greco-Roman wrestling, ice hockey, flag football, soccer, bodybuilding, and running. These experiences provide him with first-hand insight into injury prevention, recovery, and the physical demands of active lifestyles.
Johnray tailors each treatment to the individual, whether the goal is improving performance, supporting injury recovery, reducing pain, or promoting overall wellness. Drawing on his knowledge of movement, biomechanics, and strength training, he focuses on addressing current concerns while helping prevent future issues. His treatment philosophy emphasizes education, informed care, and long-term results.
He is fluent in English and Tagalog and enjoys staying active through weight training and running outside of the clinic. Johnray is dedicated to providing supportive, effective care that helps clients move and feel their best.
