I am registered in both Alberta and the Yukon. With over 30 years of experience, I specialize in providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy tailored to your unique needs. I work collaboratively with my clients to identify concerns and goals. The goal of therapy is identified by you, the client. Occupational stress, depression, anxiety, relationship issues and trauma are the areas in which I specialize. Struggling with addiction and substance use can be very difficult. It can adversely affect your job, your relationships and even your recreation life. Stress only worsens the struggles with substances. I'm here to help you navigate these difficulties.
