Hi. My name is Johanne or better known as Jo here at the clinic. Growing up having to listen to my body due to an autoimmune condition I have always had strong intuition. Since I was little I have been drawn to holistic healing, following my intuition and constantly wanting to find balance in all aspects of my world. After many years of working in a high stress environment and just as the world turned upside down in early 2020 I was guided to learn how blocked energy can get stored in your chakras and throughout your body. Yet, by using reflexology, reiki and sound healing your body can return to homeostasis instead of always being in fight or flight. I am a registered reflexologist and reiki master and also offer sound healing. I meditate on a daily basis, use 100% pure essential oils to help when needed and incorporating oils in my daily life. I look forward to meeting you, holding space for wherever you may be in your life and supporting you on your journey.
