Originally from Dartmouth, NS, Joel completed his Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy at Dalhousie University in 2006. He started working at Nova Physiotherapy after graduation and continued for 3 years before moving to Australia to work in private practices in Queensland and New South Wales. He rejoined the Nova team in 2010 and has been with us for more than 10 years. Joel has taken numerous post-graduate courses and also has training in dry needling, manual therapy, running injuries, acupuncture, sports injury rehab, and gait analysis.
