Born and raised in the Midland area, Jody holds a BA in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University and is completing a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. With a background in Human Resources, she supported individuals through conflict, transition, and professional growth.
Jody works with adults and couples who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, using a collaborative, pragmatic, and values-based approach. Her individual work is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and her couples work follows the Integrative Behavioural Couples Therapy model. She is committed to creating a respectful, supportive therapeutic environment that helps clients gain clarity, reconnect with their values, and take meaningful action.
