About Jodie

I am an integrative mind–body–soul therapist who works at the intersection of neuroscience, trauma healing, and human potential. My work is grounded in both cutting‑edge research and ancient wisdom traditions, shaped by years of sabbatical study, clinical training, and lived experience. I support clients who are ready to understand themselves on a deeper level ; not just mentally, but emotionally, physically, and spiritually. My practice blends somatic therapy, psychosomatic work, EMDR, biofeedback, nervous system regulation, shadow work, inner child healing, and neuro‑affirming approaches. I specialize in helping clients understand how the body stores trauma, how conditioned beliefs shape identity, and how the nervous system can be rewired for safety, clarity, and expansion. I work extensively with women; especially high‑achieving women, executives, and mothers navigating hormonal shifts, post‑pregnancy changes, burnout, and identity transitions. I also work closely with first responders, nurses, doctors, and frontline professionals who carry the weight of chronic stress, trauma exposure, and emotional exhaustion. I am deeply committed to neurodivergent‑affirming care, supporting clients with ADHD, AuDHD, sensory overwhelm, emotional intensity, and nervous system burnout. My approach honours the unique wiring of each brain and body, helping clients build systems that work with their neurobiology, not against it. I am often referred to as “the therapist’s therapist,” supporting clinicians, healers, and leaders who need a space to unravel, reset, and reconnect with themselves. My approach is integrative, innovative, and deeply human; weaving together neuroscience, somatic experiencing principles (inspired by Peter Levine), trauma‑informed compassion (influenced by Gabor Maté), and Eastern–Western healing practices I studied during my research sabbatical. My work is rooted in the belief that healing is not just about symptom reduction; it is about nervous system restoration, meaning‑making, and reclaiming the parts of yourself that were lost along the way. I help clients understand their internal world, release stored trauma, integrate their shadow, reparent their inner child, and build a life aligned with their values, purpose, and truth. As an author, podcast host, and contributor to Brainz Magazine, I am committed to bringing forward innovative, accessible conversations about healing, neuroscience, and the mind–body connection. Whether you are navigating trauma, burnout, hormonal changes, identity shifts, neurodivergence, or a desire for deeper self‑understanding, I offer a space where your whole self is welcomed. If you’re ready to begin, I offer a 15‑minute consultation to ensure we are the right fit. I would be honoured to support you; or someone you care about; on their path toward healing, clarity, and transformation.
