Jodi Kerr, BSc, BSP
Jodi is a clinical pharmacist with more than 20 years of experience in both hospital and
community practice. Throughout her career, she has specialized in nephrology and
anticoagulation patient care, and now has a particular focus on supporting women
through menopause and perimenopause, in addition to her role in clinical practice
leadership.
Having spent most of her life in Medicine Hat, Jodi is passionate about improving
access to high-quality healthcare within her community. She understands the unique
challenges women face throughout different stages of life, and is committed to providing
compassionate, individualized care close to home.
Jodi works collaboratively with patients and their healthcare team to develop evidence-
informed treatment plans tailored to each person’s goals, symptoms, and preferences.
Jodi strives to help optimize medication management for the greatest impact on patient
health, while ensuring patients feel informed and supported in their healthcare
decisions. Ongoing monitoring and follow-up are important tenets of her practice for
helping patients achieve the best possible results.
