Hello! My name is Jodi and although I am new to Ingersoll ON, I bring with me decades of experience in assessing and addressing a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. The hands-on treatment modality known as Osteopathy is the manipulation of the soft tissues and joints of the body with a focus on decreasing tension and restrictions in movement. My approach combines manual therapy, movement education and personalized wellness recommendations aimed at helping people create more health in their lives. I am passionate about helping people help themselves so that they may live life to the fullest.
