Jocelyn graduated from the 3000 hour program at West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2009 and has been practicing at Kitsilano Massage Therapy and Health since. Her goal in treatments is to provide individualized care to assist and educate clients in their rehabilitation, maintenance or relaxation. Jocelyn incorporates swedish techniques, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, active and passive movements, joint mobilization, and deep tissue work into her treatments. Jocelyn has a special interest in pre and postnatal massage and has taken many continuing education courses including, but not limited to: prenatal massage, clinical orthopaedic manual therapy, end range loading, ligamentous articular strain, chronic pain management and muscle energy techniques. Having played numerous sports her whole life, she has in depth knowledge of sport related injuries and rehabilitation.
