JJ Hu is the founder of JJ Holistic Healing Arts and creator of the JJ 音养静心® Healing Method. She is a Reiki Master Teacher, sound healing facilitator, mindfulness coach, and holistic wellness practitioner based in the Greater Vancouver area. With over 10 years of experience in trauma-aware education, mindfulness practices, and energy work, JJ offers healing experiences that are deeply nourishing, emotionally safe, and spiritually uplifting. Her work combines Reiki healing, sound therapy, Access Bars®, guided meditation, nervous system regulation techniques, and holistic wellness practices to support stress relief, emotional balance, and inner restoration. JJ is a certified traditional usui lineage Reiki Master Teacher recognized by the Canadian Reiki Association and is known for creating calm, grounded, and restorative healing spaces for busy professionals, caregivers, entrepreneurs, and high-achieving women seeking emotional reset and nervous system support. She is the author of the book 52 Weeks of Morning Mantras, host of the podcast “JJ, with Mindfulness Talk – A Holistic Approach to Life,” and a meditation teacher on Insight Timer. JJ was also recently featured on OMNI Television’s Mandarin Focus, where she shared her passion for mindful living, emotional well-being, and holistic healing. Through her work, JJ has collaborated with wellness studios, schools, community organizations, and corporate wellness initiatives across Metro Vancouver, including sound bath experiences, teacher wellness programs, and community healing events. Her gentle and compassionate presence helps clients feel safe, supported, and deeply cared for throughout their healing journey. JJ currently offers healing experiences in multiple locations across metro Vancouver, including the Tri-Cities, North Vancouver, and now centrally in Vancouver through her collaboration with Zen Active Clinic. Her mission is to create accessible healing spaces where people can pause, reconnect with themselves, and support their overall well-being in today’s fast-paced world.
