JJ is a Certified Reiki Master Teacher and Registered Member of the Canadian Reiki Association, with over 15 years of professional healing experience. She is also an Access Bars® practitioner and facilitator, sound healing practitioner and facilitator, and a mindfulness meditation teacher on the Insight Timer app. Offering sessions in both English and Mandarin, JJ blends Reiki, Access Bars®, sound healing, and mindfulness to create personalized 1:1 healing experiences that help release stress, restore balance, and support emotional and physical well-being.
