About Jillian
A Physical Education teacher, an avid outdoor enthusiast, Jillian obtained her Ontario Massage Therapy Certificate in 2005. She incorporates deep tissue massage, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage and Swedish massage into her treatments.
She is also a certified Level 1 Chaoyi Fanhuan Qigong (CFQ) instructor and teaches soft, gentle movements to facilitate mind-body-spirit harmony. ---/--- Jillian est professeure d’éducation physique, adepte du plein air, Jillian a obtenu un certificat en massage thérapeutique de l’Ontario en 2005. Elle inclut dans ses traitements le massage des tissus profonds, le relâchement myofascial, le massage suédois ainsi que le drainage lymphatique.
Elle est aussi une instructrice certifiée de niveau 1 pour la pratique chaoyi fanhuan qigong healing, enseignant des mouvements souples et en douceur visant à faciliter l’harmonie du corps et de l’esprit.
