Through the integrative use of different therapeutic approaches, including family systems, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I am dedicated to helping people with depression, anxiety, ADHD, low self-esteem, trauma, relationship issues, emotion dysregulation, family conflict, and grief. As a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator, I also provide premarital counseling. My passion for this work stems from a deep belief in the resilience and strength of human being.
