Jessika is a warm, authentic and empathetic practitioner, who brings a wealth of lived experience into the treatment room.
In addition to general practice, Jessika's true passion lies in supporting menstrual and hormonal wellness, nervous system regulation (stress / anxiety), addressing digestive concerns, and giving skin a glow-up through cosmetic acupuncture.
Jessika blends a holistic approach to health, alongside a gentle needling technique, to foster an environment where her patients can heal and thrive. Her belief is that when people thrive, they can contribute back to their communities in a meaningful way!
Outside of work, she enjoys cooking up a storm, collecting beach pebbles and exploring the many scenic trails that the south island has to offer.
Holding a Diploma of Acupuncture with high honours from Pacific Rim College, she is a Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac.) in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC).
